Period Coaching: Erica Chidi Cohen at Loom.
Lymphatic drainage massage: Ricari Studios.
Magnesium Salt: add 3 cups to a hot bath and soak 30 minutes.
Dry brush: before showering, brush your dry skin with small, firm strokes. Brush toward your heart. Start at your feet, brush up legs, brush hands and arms, brush torso, back, chest, shoulders. Pay extra attention to arm pits and backs of knees where your body lets go of toxins. I spend 3 - 5 minutes brushing. It feels amazing, will make your skin incredibly soft, reduces cellulite, and is great for lymphatic drainage and circulation. You’re doing it before you shower, so that all of the dead skin cells you brushed off that are now sitting on the surface of your skin can be washed off. Moisturize very well after showering. If I have time to let coconut oil soak in, I love to slather it on. I dry brush about three times a week and see great results. Do it every day if you can.
